FAQ's

Q: We have rented some old and dirty inflatables in the
past from other companies. Are they always that used and dirty?

A: No. The inflatable rentals should always be clean when you rent them. In fact, Sir Bounce-A-Lot only rents out new and clean equipment.

Q: What payments do you take?
A: We accept cash or credit cards.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: We require a $25 deposit for all orders. It is fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the
event.

Q: Do you offer discounts for more than one rental?
A: Yes. Please refer to the "Packages" section under the Pricing tab of our website for more details.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for referrals?
A: Yes. Please refer to the "Referral Program" section of our website for more details.

Q: Do we keep the inflatable plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. The blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. If you unplug the unit, it will deflate. That is why we require you to have a 20 amp outlet within 100 feet from the unit or a generator. Longer plugs can pop your circuit breaker so we bring heavier cords.

Q: If we want to have an event in the park, how do we do so since the park probably does not have electricity?
A: If you want to set up at a park, you will need to rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable price. You are also responsible if any permits are needed at the park.

Q: How much space do I need to set up the inflatables?
A: Each rental varies. Go to the product description page of our website for details on the size of each rental.

Q: Does the inflatables need to be set up on a grass surface?
A: The equipment needs to be set up on either grass or black top surfaces. We cannot set up on uneven ground or rocks.

Q: How many people could be in an inflatable at once?
A: For the inflatable slides, one person at a time should go down the slide. The only exception is the dual slide where two can go down at once. For bounce house/combos, four kids at a time is a good estimate. Inflatable obstacle course should be two at a time.

Q: Who sets up and takes down the equipment?
A: The Sir Bounce-A-Lot staff is solely responsible for setting up and taking down ALL rentals.

Q: Is there someone to supervise the use of the inflatables or the equipment?
A: The only time an attendant will be required to be present is for block parties and corporate events. For residential parties, an attendant is not required, but one can be requested to supervise the equipment at an additional, hourly rate. Please refer to the "Attendants" section on our website for more details on pricing.

Q: Who do I call if there is a problem with the equipment?
A: Immediately call Sir Bounce-A-Lot at the number on our website if any problems occur.

Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther away.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor, travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.

Q: How many hours do I get my rental?
A: You get the rental for as long as you need that particular day. Typically the equipment will be delivered between 8am-12pm, with pick up happening between 6-9pm. Special circumstances should be discussed in advance with Sir Bounce-A-Lot.

Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. We typically arrive 1-2 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up earlier. We will confirm the time in advance of the event.
